Church BBQ

Dear saints – Praise the Lord for a new quarter and another opportunity to shepherd the students in our homes. We would like to try something new this fall. First, we want to gather the students and the families on Sept 14th at the Cannery Ranch house (2000 Cannery Loop, Davis CA 95616) for a BBQ, recreation activities and an informal time to get to know one another.
Second, we want to try rotating the students (in small groups) into different homes each week so they can get familiar with the saints in the homes. This would probably start on or about Sept 25 and end around the end of October. We will let you know ahead of time which students will come, and their contact information.
The Cannery BBQ event schedule is as follows:
- 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM – Volleyball and other activities
- 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM – BBQ Dinner
- 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM – Singing / Fellowship
- 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM – Cleanup and go
